Andrew, I have had the exact same symptoms! I always blame it on the use of antihistamines (allergy medicine) but it could also be anxiety! In any case, I find that I always have a bottle of water AND gum or hard candy. It's not a solution for anxiety, but it sure makes the symptom much more bearable!

Congrats on your accomplishments and Best Wishes in your recovery!

Hi I find that if I do naything that involves a lot of stress(Live in snow country)like shoveling, which I have had a lot do lately, that it effects my whole right side and at times my throat gets tighjt that I get coughing fits.

I should be in week two but last wseek with the weather it has kept me busy. more than i carefor. Yesterday I took out a friend, who cannot drive anymore, to run some errands, She slipped on the ice and went down before I could grab her arm. Even with the help of a bystander we could not get her up. Finally someone went into the store and got two men to help.

Later that afternoondriving home I started gettin the weardiest feeling throghout my body. The heart started in, the chest started getting sore, I wasn't sure if I was still here or not. I have never had that type of feeing before. It took awhile before I calmed down but the heart was still going jujst not as fast. I was sore all over by later that night. Soaked ikn a hot tub for a while.

Tried taking some medicine, for muscle spasms, that was prescribed for something elese, not related. won't do that again. They kept up most of the night.

I understannd that Lavendar is very good for soaking in. It helps pull some of the tension out of the body. If you can find just the lavender, try a bubblebath with lavendar in it.

I listen to the relaxation

tape more than the other right now.

I often wonder if my dog senses these attacks. There are times whn he is under my feet constantly.

I am so sorry that I misunderstood your post and don't mean to accuse you of doing something that you are not doing. I hope you forgive me. I have been on a strong dose of Seroquel and ask my doctor to cut back. I also have a swallowing problem that can be caused by the meds or allergies so I try to drink plenty of water. Or it could just be anxiety and needing to relax. It sounds like you are resolving your own problem. Great Job!!!! :)

I didn't think you were accusing me of doing anything, Amanda. I just couldn't understand what you were on about. I figured you answered the wrong one or just scanned the first paragraph or something. People do do that. Yes, I think I have plenty to go on now.
