Vertigo
Vertigo is actually caused from an inner ear distrubance. See your doc and they can prescribe anit-vert to help, often taking decongestants help as well. This can be worse if you are anxious but actual, true vertigo is an inner ear problem that can be treated.

I too have experienced dizziness. i was told by my therapist that it is caused by hyperventilating all day. people with anxiety tend to breath from the chest. Doing this for long periods of time can actually lead to many sympatoms of panic. The dizziness is certainly one of them. Practice PROPER breathing that is from the belly. Over time your body will returne to a balanced state and the dizziness will subside

i suffer from vertigo along /my panic attacks i dont know what it is but i know it does come from the inner ear my dr says its called minere's disese it is treatable but i dont like the pills they give you if you have it alot it couldnt hurt to have it checked out i found all this out w/one of my p/a,s yesterday with my visit to the er dramamine works for me its the same thing as meclizine only cheaper signifigantly cheaper
