Thanks Ms. T.

I am in the throws of panic these days and it still makes me laugh. We all would make for a heck of a sit-com. Maybe we should collaborate on the idea.

Marshmellow....That is great!!! We all need to find humor in those panic attacks...I call them "Donald Duck" with the big feet...LOL...

Hope everyone has managed to look back and find a little humor in how they acted during that panic attack...Look for you humor when you are not having that attack, and I guarantee that you will find it...Wishing all of you the best...God Bless

You are wonderful....how long after recieving the program did you recover. I have read the workbooks in little pieces and tapes...scrambling them all up...they have helped alot...but I wonder if I need to start from the beginning in order to fuly recover. What do you think? Thanks again!

Honeydew I listened all the way through in order, now I'm listening to cd 8 and the relaxation one. I took a short "information vacation" before I started up again.

If you don't like something change it; if you can't change it, change the way you think about it.

Honeydew...I was about 3 months into the program, when I began taking action..You know using the tools I had learned in the program...

I just began to get out there and do things!!!
The more things I did, the more I wanted to do!!!

It is like I couldn't get enough of my new-found freedom!!!

You may say that I felt like a bird who had just been released from it's cage!!!

Have a great day!!! God Bless...

I suggest you take Shifrah's advice, and do the entire program, as directed!!!

Remember you are building up muscle as you continue throughout the program!!!

This is very important to your recovery!!!
