I totally agree with "mtdeffend" WOW!!! You've got some talent!!! You conveyed all of that PERFECTLY(my opinion
) I especially like what you said here:

Wow, what a concept; We fear everything else but the present moment(after all, anxiety is a "what if" thing."what if" I go crazy, die, "freak out", etc..which are ALL FUTURE tense... Hence Luncindas suggestions to find a way to "live in the MOMENT"...Something so simple, yet for me, has been the hardest thing to do! But, WHY do we do this to ourselves??? What's so wrong with the "present"?
I now wonder if "what ifing" takes me out of the present moment(which can be stressful, at times being a stay at home mom with little time to herself)...Am I creating these scary scenerios(imagined) to minimize the "Momentary stressors"???? okay, Am I truly comfortable and happy in the "present moment"??? Am I comfortable with "ME" in the present moment???hmmmmmmmm...Now that's deep!!! But, In order to figure this whole thing out, I must consider these questions..
Okay, I feel I'm on to something so...Thanks Colin for that "lightbulb" effect

GEEEEEZE, it only took me two years to "understand" that! I know I've heard this before, but NEVER has it EVER sunk deep within...too total understanding! Thanks ColinThe paradox of anxiety is this: We fear fear, we fear death, we fear loss of control, we fear the future, the past…but we don’t fear the present.

Wow...What wisdom!!!! Such a great way of putting into words how it all works....Staying in the precious, present moment...After all, none of us are time machines...We do not live in the past or the future, but, only in the present!!!!! The now is what we need to focus on, since, by doing other-wise, we are missing these precious moments of our lives....Moments we will never be able to get back...Thanks sooo much for posting this...
You have an awesome "knack" for phrasing your words...Another writer in our midst!!!!!
This just goes to show all of us how intelligent each and every one of us actually are....
