Hi there. On week 4 now. Doing the relaxation session makes me fall asleep most of the time so I set myself an alarm (unless it's at night of course). Is this common and OK? Thanks for any insight,

I do the exact same thing usually now (unless I'm having an anxious episode) and I think it is a good thing to be able to fall asleep. Back in 2022 my anxiety and panic were so bad that I couldn't fall asleep with or without the relaxation audio, I actually felt worse during and after it. I was getting maybe 2-3 hours of sleep a night, I was so anxious I shook constantly and anytime I would start to drift off I would startle awake with a wave of panic.

Hi there! Thanks so much for your reply 
 I'm really glad to hear from someone, it's been pretty quiet in here. I'm just doing the relax session in the morning and at night now. That way I'm not sleeping in the middle of the day. That tends to mess up my cycle. So I'm on week 6 this time around and just reviewed session 3, as suggested. This is where it's at for me. I have learned that every thought I have is essentially negative. Probably 1 every 10 seconds or so. I'm trying my best to stop myself and correct them but it is extremely challanging and time consuming. Coach Chris suggested I keep my corrections simpler and that seems to be working but I find myself needing convincing of my positive corrections.
