Any Experience Using Program for Peri/Menopause

Post by rose_mary » Thu Oct 06, 2022 7:35 pm

I believe hands down this program gave me my life back when I first went thru it 20 years ago. I still use the program and tools.

Recently I began going thru peri menopause and I wanted to hear from others if they’ve had any experience using the program for this time of life? If so, what helped the most?

Hi I’m new to this forum and am interested in the same thing. I went through the program in 1994 and it worked like a charm for years and years! It’s been a wonderful life. But now for the last three years I’ve suffered through peri menopause and now menopause, with anxiety as my biggest complaint. I bought the updated program and plan on starting it. Im praying it will work for the different type of anxiety I’m experiencing now. Have you begun the program yet? If so do you feel it’s helpful? Hope to hear from you!😀

Hello,

This is a great question as I have had similar experiences myself.
I found not using the word "anxiety" to label the menopausal symptoms has really helped me float and accept.
I often feel 'shaky, hot, foggy, edgy, restless, fatigued' because of the hormones shifting and in the beginning they would trigger a fear response.
I used the tools from lessons two and three to help me respond with comfort and truth.
Exercise and good diet have also kept things more calm.

I hope this helps! Great job returning to tools and truths. Stay positive. You will get through this. Feel free to reach out if you need anything.

Hi All:

I think that this has been a part of my problem and experiencing anxiety and depression. I am on the other side of menopause for two years now, but I still have symptoms. My body does feel strange. I am more tired so I make more mistakes. I am losing a lot of my hair now. I have inherited issues with my knee that comes with menopause from my mother's side of the family. It's been a struggle. I knew some of what was going to happen, but I think the experience is very individual.

Glad to see that I am not the only one!!!

Hello Gma,

Thank you for writing and sharing some of your experiences.

I am 57 years old and still have menopausal hormonal things going on. These sensations are not comfortable but at least we know what they are rooted in.

Congratulations on getting through the program again. Life continues to bring us new experiences to grow through.
Thankful for the tools, truths and support we all have.

Please reach out if you need anything. We do have coaching available. I noticed in the chat you had tried therapy.
We are here to help!

Yes! I’m on bioidentical estrogen & progesterone & I feel like I have my life back! That and this program are my keys to feeling good. The only thing that sucks is that insurance doesn’t pay for it. Funny, they pay for viagra for men and they pay for the Xanax I’d need if I wasn’t on BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy).

Warmly,
Mindy

Thanks for sharing all!

Thankful we have options and can share. I know many using essential oils to also help with hormones.
There is so much more information available now to help understand anxiety/stress/hormones....I know it can become a bit overwhelming. Stay positive. It gets better!
