Hey guys, i know that i mentioned before that i would like to help anyone still struggling with the program. Just wanted to offer again. Any one that needs a friend, advice, guidance, or just someone to talk to please contact me. I'm recovered and it is my dream and means the world to me to be able to help others through this. I would love to get as many people as possible to reach out to me and tell me your story, talk to me weekly, daily, whatever. thank u, i am suffering terribly...i cannot get myself under control...i am on xanax and lexapro but nothing stops the thoughts...sometimes i think the meds are making it worse cuz i get so tired, but they dont stop the thoughts...id love to hear from u.
