Can this help if you have diagnosis like bi-polar

Hi I am at my wits end in lots of pain Ive been in depression/anxiety for months with no relief. Medications have yet to help. Can this program help folks with a mental health diagnosis? HELP!

It will help you. But not fully. With bi polar, you really NEED medication.

I'm not saying not to do the program. But you need the meds to get well.
