I went to the dentist yesterday like it was nothing. Last time i went in June, didn't realize at the time it was anxiety causing me to feel uneasy. I also read the newspaper today, haven't read it in months. Even though everything was negative i was able to read it and let it flow.... in and out without me getting upset and worried. Starting week 13, and i must say the program has taught me a lot. Good luck to all who are just starting out, its a great thing.

Congrats on your progress. I have noticed when you do things that you haven't been able to do in months, it is refreshing. I forced myself to go to the mall the other day. It was very anxiety filled, but it felt great once I had done it. Good luck with everything. Keep your head up and improving yourself.

My thoughts are with you on going to the dentist. I would advise you to be open and upfront with the dentist and the assistant about any anxiety you might feel. They are trained to help you with it.
You can do it!!
