This coming Monday is the first day of my lay-off. I'm on a rotating layoff (one week working,next week laid off etc etc). I WILL make a point of eating healthy, exercising, and getting plenty of rest during the weeks that I'm laid off. I can turn being laid off into a positive thing. It will take plenty of practice and making a conscious effort to do so, but I can do this.

I think this is great. I have wear a counter to keep my focus on the positive and it helps more than you would believe.
