Thought I would post just how much my life has changed for the better since going through the program a year or so ago.

Prior to going through the program I suffered from Generalised anxiety, Depression, Social Anxiety and to a degree Agoraphobia. I had a job but it was a struggle, constantly taken advantage off, feeling unfulfilled and hopeless to be honest.

My days consisted of getting up going to work, coming home and sitting in front of the TV feeling sorry for myself or research Anxiety on the net, At weekends I never left the house, I spent all weekend stuck online making myself worse by constant researching.

Then I found the program. It was a struggle, I couldn't comit to it, I kept starting and stopping but eventually got through it.

Since finishing the program I can honestly say I am now free, I am not scared of my thoughts, I can do whatever I want, I am not a prisioner to my thoughts or feelings, I can experience anxiety and know that I will get throught it and it can't harm me.

I've been going out to restaurants again and enjoying myself, Prior to going through the program it was a case of get the food down your neck ASAP and get outa there, Now I sit and enjoy the food, enjoy the company and love being there. I have started jogging and exercising which I also really love, I've posted a photo below which I took the other morning while out jogging at 5am, I get up at 5am now with total passion for life, when before I struggled to even get out of bed.

I have learned to find enjoyment in even the smallest things, looking at that beautiful sunrise below really made my day.

So I hope this proves to you that this program can and does work, and if you stick to it you also will soon be free.

All the best
Dave

I like you have started and stopped the program. I am on it again for the third time and hope to continue with it and to grow and make it through. Wish me Luck and have a Great Day.

Congratulations celeron!

I don't know you but your post is touching and the picture is beautiful and peaceful.

I started the program in February but have not done it day by day. I am committed to completing it though and have been faithful to doing the relaxation everyday. I have started week 6 and I have seen and felt some great progress with the sessions that I have completed.

What a great post and inspiration to us all that are on the road to recovery from anxiety/panic in our lives.

celeron,

CONGRATS and Thanks so much for sharing your experience and the beautiful sunrise. My first thought was I want to be where the sunrises like that. Of course I saw at the bottom of the post your in Ireland. This makes me even more impressed with Lucinda's success; reaching to Ireland.
