Yes,

I know I had OCD, Anxiety and Panic attacks as a kid. I think a lot of people do, you just don't realize what it is until you are older and know to talk about it.

I grew up in a dysfunctional family and felt anxious from a very early age. Now that I don't live near them anymore and have been through Lucindas program and a CBT group I am doing sooo much better. I am still a work in progress but I religiously where a counter to keep my thoughts on the positive and it helps me a lot.

Yes, I can remember being a very frightened little girl. When you add dysfunction to the mix the fear and sensitivity are doubled. And, yes, you can overcome this. You can learn to manage the anxiety.

Yes, I started having anxiety and panic attacks when I was in the 5th grade and suffered for about 25 years. I went through the program about 7 years ago and have been free from attacks for over 6 years now so know that it can be overcome!

I have had anxiety, agoraphobia since I was a little kid. I'm now in my 30's and still suffering from it. There was a few years span in my 20's where it went away, I was self confident and barely ever got anxiety and if I did I could easily talk myself out of it. Lasted for a few years until my father passed away and then my mom passed away and my anxiety and agoraphobia are back now full force. I have seen a little improvement so far w/the program I just started session 2 today.

I was also from a dysfuntional home and there was physical, mental and emotional abuse coupled with alcholism. I was shy, and annxious as a child. I can remember trying to concrntrate at school and not being able to. My mind would wonder all over the place. I use to get panic attacks before tests and had stomach problems in school that i didnt tell anyone about.

I remember Grade 3 feeling fine and no problems. Grade 4 I started having feelings of panic and the agoraphobia started. It wasn't until I was 25 or 26 that I even new I had a problem. I just thought everybody was like I was. Was quite a revelation when I found out.
