Rolling panic attacks

I had a large panic attack this morning. Even thought about leaving work to head back home. But I stayed in control. Did the breathing exercises as best as possible. Let go of the fear that the exercises were going to cause me to pass out. Recited my postie talking points and just went on with the day.

Now I am going to reward myself with a chair massage.
Thank you Stress Center I am slowly getting my life back.
