help found in fear

at work i worry about glass getting in people's food or drinks. i worry a lot that someone will somehow get hurt cause shards of glass got in a drinking glass or somehow got transferred to someone's food.
recently i thought to myself "when i go to work these things with glass never seem to happen. things go on and things are fine at the end of the shift." this helped me feel more upbeat about being at work, and i felt like i enjoyed my time there more and the people i work with more. i have also thought to myself "the place ran fine before i worked there and is fine on times when im not there now."

Good for you!!!! What progress!!! Its good to know we are in control of those scary thoughts!!!!
