Begining to notice my triggers
i'm just starting the program (again). i'm only on my second day but i'm really into it this time and i'm really starting to pick out thoughts that trigger panic and put it together in my head that i'm just reacting to a thought. i feel like i'm on the right track for the first time.

Glad that you are trying it!!! i'm on week 4 and I'm really noticing improvement in how I feel and how life being more positive is!!

I find it interesting how hard it is to be positive! More people should try it... It feels good after going though a day and feeling like you chosen the right perspective. Hope we all can do it, even just one day a week!
