I am not much for taking medications - especially if I have never taken a particular drug or vitamin or herb before. I am very sensitive to drugs and have had reactions in the past. So... I get VERY anxious with taking drugs and am often not compliant with taking recommended medications. I just took a multivitamin. I need it because I am probably anemic. Like I said, taking things is a huge deal for me - but I did it. First, I was compliant and did not chicken out taking it. Next, I am staying relatively calm now that I've taken it. I am not going to say I am 100% anxiety free, but I am managing it well with breathing and a little distraction.

Way to go Jan!! I know that you may feel like
it's not that big of a deal but it is. I know
that taking anything like meds or vitamins can really hold us hostage sometimes. I am proud of you and think you done good ;-)

Hey Jan !

I'm not one to take meds either (they scare me). However, I take a multi-vitamin, a vitamin D and an Omega-3. I started feeling the good effects in about 4-5 days.

Keep up the good work !
