Hi everybody,
For 10 days, I chronicled my progress--and posted that here in the "Depression" forum. I got good feedback and made great progress, the majority of which I haven't even written about in detail . . . .
I found this technique

so helpful that I wanted to
share. . . .
Please consider posting a journal and linking to it here--and if you have a journal on the site already--
please consider linking to it here. If you have a relevant journal elsewhere, like a blog, or in another computer file that you can copy here, and you are able to retain your anonymity as you wish, those are welcome, too!
Here's the link to mine:

And here's the link to NinjaFrodo's:

(He's referring to the Tic Mark action assignment suggested in Lesson 3)
Anyone else?

I think this is a great idea

. It was hard for me to journal in the beginning. I have just recently started seeing the "results" of this process. It has helped me to see some of my habits and the way I respond to things. I just recently looked back on my November journaling and was amazed at how much I found out about myself. You know when your doing it. You think oh this isn't going to help but when you look back on it you will be amazed at how much you "didn't see" at the time (when your writing it). It is so worth taking the time to do it.
I will try to post one of mine soon. I think it would be very empowering to share your thoughts with others. A very good self-esteem booster..for sure

Yes and sometimes when you reread some of the entries they make even more sense to you. Some of the insights you get in future days can be mixed with current insights and make super insights

Hey all,
There must be people besides MC Grace and Myself who're journalling...why not share the making of your success story with others. Together we can make this place we call earth a better place by spreading our experiences. Don't worry about being judged, we're all in this together and we can support one an other.

hi all,
Let me say this and I hope that it helps.if you journal you get rid of all that is built up or has built up over the years.and its alot too.
I hope that it is ok for me to say this in here.recently after going through so much for many many years.I started writing down what was on my mind.after over a year I had enough for a book.it took me 3 books to get it right.but when you go to i-proclaim.com you can get it published for free.also it helps you so much to get it off your chest and you feel so good to see your name on the book.it was my testimony and my healing.I do hope that this helps you and I know that I put alot of personal stuff in mine. but, its ok to do it.you will be so surprised at how many others have been through much of the same thing you are going through.take care and be blessed in all that you do.Merry Christmas.
