I figure since a lot of people are posting about their triumphs I would to.
Two months ago I could hardly leave my room without having a panic attack. Little by little through both this program and a book I read on panic attacks, I have completed two weeks of my college classes which are half hour drive away (in Los Angeles traffic) and for the most part I have felt completely fine. I feel like I am conquering the world again as I once had it. I still have much to do though, I admit I still do "what if" thinking now and then but it has been significantly reduced. I eat a lot healthier as well. I used to weigh 185 and over these last two months through eating better and adding exersize I am not around 175. (I am 20 years old) I want to be able to once again travel the world without fear as I used to do, but for now I am satisfied with my progress.
