I am so proud of you exceed you are doing fabulous!!!.....I love how you have taken every positive approach and even took it a step further by seeing a Naturopathic Doctor. I like what you said and even my private therapist said....don't beat yourself if you have to take a Xananx. Even though the mind is calmed the body tends to do its own thing from habit. Like if you eat at the same time every day your body will give you hunger pains and mentally your not really ready to eat.....I have learned after using all my tools that its ok to take a Xanax. I have learned the realistic reasons why a Xanax may be needed. I really don't have any more panic attacks, just anxiety attacks. It was hard for me to know the difference but I was able to clearly define the difference..........How ever continue to be blessed in everything you do and pat your self on the back you are doing awesome.

Blessings

What is the difference between a panic attack and an anxiety attack?

Thanks,

Well the 2 are in the same family but with my experience almost the same symptons but different emotions.......

Panic attack is more of a fear driven emotion with physical symptons

Anxiety attack is more of a stress driven emotion and more physical symptons.
