Hi everybody. I'm new here and ever since my cbt group ended I have not had any more panic attacks and my anxiety is totally manageable now. I do still suffer from social anxiety but I am getting better slowly there too. I need to do more exposure therapy and then challenge my fears in a tea form as I go through the exposures but I'm naturally shy and still avoid some social situations. I had a lot of encouragement and support as I was going through this so feel free to call on me if I can help anyone through my experiences that have led me to victories over anxiety.
