The night is the worst time for my anxiety. I often wake up during the night with racing thoughts and/or anxiety and have a hard time falling back asleep. The past week I have been waking up an hour after I fall asleep, anxious and scared. Last night I fell asleep at midnight and woke up around 4 a.m. but I didn't feel anxious at all. I looked out the window and saw the clouds illuminated by the moon and fell peacefully back asleep. I made it through a night without anxiety. Woo-hoo!

Congrats that is wonderful. Remember your accomplishment the next time you have a sleepless night. Picture yourself relaxing and achieving a peaceful/restful sleep. Take care and God bless. Keep up the good work.

I am soooooooo happy for you. I know all about the night time anxiety and sleepless nights. Isn't it wonderfull when you can fall asleep firt off, wake up and drift back off to sleep. You must be so thrilled.
