Three days in a row back to work and I feel good ! Now it's the weeeeeekend !!!!!!
I joined a weight loss place last week (W.W.). I'm down 6.8 lbs in the first week ! I have more than a bit to lose. I'm realizing how much food plays in the anxiety and stress. After W.W. last night, I wanted to test out that theory. I went to a fast food place and had a ton of salt and caffeine and sugar. Sure enough, about 30 minutes after, I had a full blown panic attack ! I knew what I did and I know I did it to myself. It took the whole night to calm down again. So, now I'm back to the bran cereal and lean meats and fresh veggies and fruits and dairy etc etc.
I learned a valuable lesson last night ! LOL
