After 7 months of being of Effexor I am finally able to start tapering off :) I havent been anxious or panicky in months, and after being boarderline agoraphobic for months I am finally out doing stuff with friends and family AND I am back to work full-time (I havent worked full time in 2 years) I am feeling more independent everyday:)

Hi Jadee! That is wonderful, encouraging news! How long have u been on the program? When did you feel it was the appropriate time to wean off the meds? I have relied on Ativan for over a year, and hate the sleepy side effects. Will I come to a point in this program when I will know that I am ready to take that cleansing step?
thanks, Erin
