I went to work today for the first time in a week and a half. I felt "fuzzy in the head" when I woke up, I was dizzy in the shower, every bite of my Bran cereal (yummmmm-o LOL)sat like lead, but I DID IT ! As soon as I got to work, I got tense again, but I breathed my way thru it and I cleared up ! (only 22 years til retirement ! <- just kidding ! LOL) I actually haven't felt this good in months. I'm not spinning now, no fuzzy head and I have a belly full of food that's good for me. My trick is to do everything slower ON PURPOSE ! I actually get more done this way. Thanks to all for your support ! I really appreciate it.

I hope you take as much time as you need, and that you work the entire program. It will be your guide to work out all the bumps in the road. Best of luck to you.

Hey that's really good to hear. I found that doing things slower on purpose helps me also. I get more done this way too and feel a lot more focused while doing it.
