Yea Me! Took a risk!

I make handmade greeting cards and small gifts & favors as a hobby. My church is putting on a charity auction to raise money for the church. They needed donated items for the silent & Chinese auction. So I took a chance and called the Auction head, a woman named Fran. She wanted to see my items in person. So this morning I went to her house with my cards & gifts and she absolutely flipped over them. She really loved them and she said that I was very talented. She would most definately put my work in the auction. I'm really excited about that. How wonderful it will be to see my things out on display!

Conrats to you AdeleS!!! Not only should you be proud that your work will be on display but a VERY BIG CUDOS for taking the initiative to make that phone call that got the ball rolling!!! You should be very proud of yourself!!!!
