I have a social anxiety and usually get a bad case of anxiety attack before and during any type of confrontation... but yesterday i was able to confront someone who treated me disrepectfully. i was able to say everything that needed to be said. i didn't yell or say anything mean. i was able to articulate and be poised, and we both ended it in a good term. At first i felt my anxiety coming on and my voice started to shake and i break out of cold sweats, but i gave myself a positive talk in my head and after awhile i felt at ease. it wasn't all perfect but it was SO MUCH easier to say what i had to say. After it was over, i gave myself a pat on the back and a congratulation. I love seeing these progresses! :)

That is great! Good for you! I can relate to confrontations anxiety. I am so happy that you faced yours and I hope I can too!
