Anyone on Buspar?
Hello Cgirl1: Yes, I've been on buspar before in a fairly low dosage- 10 mg per day and found it to work well with controlling anxiety. Good for you for staying away from the more potent stuff. The withdrawals, side effects, etc. are bad... real bad. None of that with buspar, in my case that is. Good Luck. Let me know if I can help.

Hi there! My name is Kim and I was too on Buspar 30 mg a day (weaning off of the klonopin which I've been on for 14-15 months) It didn't work well for me. I had to call my Dr. and get put back on 0.5 mg of klonopin 2x a day which helps me more & to stay on track. A pharmacist told me alot of people can't take Buspar because it doesn't have the same calming effect as klonopin ( a different chemical make up) Good Luck

Buspar 5MG worked greatly. Buspirone helps short-term relief of anxiety symptoms such as irritability, fear and tension. It can cause side effects such as nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, nervousness, insomnia, blurred vision, and headache. Don't afraid to take it.
