I am torn between taking more medication, right now I am on 40mg of prozac. I am antious a lot of the time and its hard for me to lay through the relaxation tape.

I see some of my antious behaviors coming off my 4 year old son and I hate myself when I see him with any symtomsr . Im scard by going on more medication I will loose motivation to change. Any suggestions. Thank you

I know this may seem too simple, and with a 4 year old in the house it may take some figuring out, but if you can find a way to get some viggours exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, it will help you cope without increasing the meds.
Exercise does the same thing the meds do for you except in a healthy way.
The good news is that the more exercise you get, the less meds you will likely need.
Also, make sure you are avoiding all caffene and sugar. Those will take you back the wrong direction.
