If Lance Armstrong can beat cancer, and go on to win the tour de France, I surely can beat a little anxiety disorder. :)

Thanks for your thoughts, I really needed
to hear that today. If we can take the
focus off ourselves and look around - I'll
bet we'll feel alot more blessed that we
act. Negative to positive. Despair to hope.

It's even easier when you think of anxiety as just anxiety and not a "disorder" so to speak. We all experience different feelings at different times.

Happiness, sadness, joy, jealously, anger, nervousness, etc.

When you think of it this way, you don't feel like there's something's wrong with you.

Feeling anxiety is just your body's way of telling you that your heart doesn't like your thoughts.

Once you change your thoughts to more positive ones, a nicer feeling will follow.

That is really beautiful what you wrote amy. It was very special. Thank you for posting that wonderful response. Amazing what happens when one changes their view/perspective/thoughts about any thing.....
