What are the things in our lives that stress us out the most? What do we do to deal with those stressors? What are the ways you blow off steam, release stress and relax? I prefer to run.

You run I go and workout for one or two hours. Thedats I dont work out I walk three miles in the morning. I fell terrible in the morning after i excercise It feels like nothing wrong then it starts all over the next day. Hopefully it will all get better with the program I am in week two. good luck.
