This has been so helpful keeping the humor in an otherwise scary situation! I was at a BBQ yesterday, and I started feeling anxious, and I turned to my husband and said "Albie is trying to come out and play again" and I thought he was going to fall out of his chair laughing. Of course it made me laugh, and I don't think Albie likes being laughed at. He took his ball and went home.

My heart is racing, stop telling me I'm gonna die. I have a pain in my arm, or leg, stop telling me I'm gonna die. I gotta get on meds, stop telling me i'm going to have an allergic reaction, stop telling me I'm going to swell up and die.

This is such a fantastic idea, it has my smiling already. Olga and Polly are my new best friends. I mean my new bullies that I'm going to stand up to! Using "Olga's at it again" or "Olga can you please go home" is going to be a great help.
