Hopefully for thosehich have experienced anxiety ans stressfulness, here is one wat I have learn to dea :o :o l with my anxiety... I have started to create ascents. Of other native languages , so lets say when I feel I an getting overwhelmed I will start bring aou a French ascent, ot hyndue, or German, Irish, its quire fun for both myself and for the peoply around me to bring down the stress level within the room.... remember all can depend on your audience remember to pick the right time..... sometime if the time is not right just think it in your head and it can bring you back to your inner core/ center.......it helps me form stating things like ''shut up your all idiots'' which we know we would lose our jobs over...better safe than sorry... :D
