my anxiety

I have ordered the program around april in 2010 and i haven't been using in so much, because i havent used it does anyone think that im feeling so sad and anxious is because im not absorbing the information and not learning anything?

The secret, if you are having difficulty getting through a CD or a lesson, is to latch onto ONE thing from it that you can believe makes sense. Then, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! Even if that just means playing a powerful positive sentence from the lesson (if you have to revise it a little to suit your circumstances, that's okay too) over and over in your head until your subconscious mind won't let go of it. Trust me, be patient with yourself--baby steps--and it WORKS. You will move on to even better ideas in books you find to read now or later. Just don't rush yourself. Remember, the paradox is: You are in control, but you are not in control--HE is--Do you want "Him" to be God or Satan? It's up to you!
