When I'm feeling really down on myself, sometimes I tell myself that old Stuart Smalley bit from Saturday Night Live: "I'm good enough, I'm smart enough, and doggone it, people like me!" It usually lifts my mood :)

Everytime I do my positive self talk I catch myself thinking of that same guy. It makes me laugh everytime

I think about him too, but its usually when practicing self forgiveness so everything ends with "but...thats OK" lol

I love SNL, too. I hope no one is offended by this (and I don't get in trouble), but has anyone seen the SNL Sofa King commercials? My hair stylist brought it up, and when I'm in a bad mood or struggling with life in general, I think to myself, "It's not Sofa King bad," and I laugh almost instantly.
