You know you have anxiety when... you can relate to every single one of these. :) I haven't laughed this hard in a long time. Thank you!

You know you have a panic/anxiety disorder when you panic after watching an ad on tv about the Zimmer hip replacements being defective and feel a need to call someone, anyone and let them know about the law suit and who to contact, then realize you DO know someone, who you then call and totally freak them out over the fact that their hip replacement that cost them a mint may not be any good!

Sadly, I relate to so many of these. Many of them I did or thought when I thought it was normal to think or act that way. I laugh and I cry at this. I think it will be funnier when I'm further along in the healing process. The thoughts "OMG, I do that too...you mean that isn't normal??" is a bit overwhelming. I thought I was just a little crazy...

Loved this thread. It really made me laugh and laughter can be great medicine.

Thought of another one: You arrive a little early to events that you have to go to, just so you can be one of the first to pick a seat, which of course would be whichever one is closest to an exit or bathroom.

oh wow! lol, it's crazy how i nodded knowingly at just about every single one of those! ESPECIALLY the prepping myself 3 days ahead of time, and the cutting pills in half or just not taking them at all cause of fear of taking to much.

LOL Thanks for the laugh - I've been reading that laughter is a big help for this problem and lately I have had a hard time to even crack a smile

hahaha I was reading some of these to my mom and she agreed that some of these describe what I do to a T. It helps to know I'm not the only one! Thanks for the laugh! :)
