I find myself floating, the last 2 weeks and this scares me. Any suggestions on helping me conscientrate and motivate myself?

Try to take your attention off of the anxiety symptoms and do something else. Take a walk, or
do something you like. Go over the steps to end
a panic attack in the workbook. Just accept that
you are feeling anxious and know that it will go away without harming you.

Thanks DebDeb, I did not identify it as anxiety. Yet I so want to succeed and I am at 10 now and I want to be successful by the end. So I am my own worst enemy in regards to anxiety.
