stressed and obsessing
I'm recently experiencing alot of stress and I've picked an obsession that's bothering me. It's a combination of "what if" thinking and obsessing. I've got myself fixed on "what if when I start to enjoy something I get in my head and I'm not able to just enjoy what I usually enjoy". I know it's just another obsession and I'm stressed but I need some suggestions on how to address this one.
hi mack, i'm with ya - 100%. I too have been struggling with picking one thought and obsessing about it and not being able to think about anything else.you are not alone - if anyone has any advice i am also interested to here it.i went to a yoga class the other day and that kind of helped me feel more relaxed.talk to a close friend about it if you can, that usually helps me to feel better.it WILL go away.
