hi there, i dont know about in the US but councelling over here costs an absolute bomb! I was saw a cbt counceller twice and she was charging £75 an hour thats probably around $100! I had to tell her I could not afford it anymore, thats like a weeks food shopping!I guess its cheaper to buy books but there is nothing like having a someone to let it all out to!

This site offers online counseling. http://e-stressandjobhelp.com/ I am not sure if they use the Pound but I do know they charge by the minute. Perhaps this might be better for you, money-wise. Hope it helps.
