I think it means, "I'm sensitized, I took a bath, felt depressed when I got out so I blamed my feelings on taking a bath."

Sorry if I offended you. How can you associate feeling unmotivated with taking a bath?

a lot of times when you do something relaxing it makes you tired and your mind is tired so your defenses are down and its easy for anxiety and depression to creep in so know that a times like this you need to keep your mental defenses up, thats all, so enjoy your baths!

Why would you keep your defenses up to protect yourself from something you can't control? Sounds exhausting to me.
