I like to sit in my room and rock back and forth listening to music. I have been doing this for 14 years. I DON'T head bang ever. I just sit Indian-style and move the upper part of my body back and forth, most of the time rocking on my behind. A lot of times I feel a minor head ache after doing this. I am in my late twenties. I am scared to death I have caused damage to my brain that will haunt me when I am 50 or 60. Help!

There;s no possible way this could cause brain damage. The body is MUCH more durable than you're giving it credit for. You have a skull for a reason, it protects your brain. You have no hit your head on anything, simply rocking isn't going to cause any damage, trust me!
