I've listened to the session 10 audio again today and I think it finally really sunk in. I've made it through the day pretty successfully by disarming my fear of losing my mind. When I start thinking "What if I need to check in to a mental institution?" I imagine myself checking into a facility in a Halloween costume and I crack up every time. I'm now imagining doing all the crazy things I used to be afraid I'd do, but doing them in a rediculous Halloween costume, like a vampire cape with cheap fangs. LOL. I hope this helps someone.

Our obsessive thinking is nothing more than neurobiological quirks and can never be taken seriously. You're doing great. This is truly finding the humor in a ridiculous fear.
