If you read my other topic I started at the beginning of March dealing with brain damage, this is in continuation of it. The other day I was moving my body around listening to music, while sitting on the floor. I have been doing this since I was 14 and I am now 28. The more I do this, the more I am likely to get a headache from it. The other day I was doing it, and it didn't take long for a bad headache to set in that stayed with me all day. I also felt discomfort in the area where my skull joins my vertebrae in the back. The next day the headache was gone but the discomfort in the back was still there and my whole body felt fatigued. Today the discomfort is gone but I still feel fatigued. My friend tells me I may have injured part of my vertebrae but that it is nothing too serious. I am still scared that I have potentially set something off that can paralyze me. Why am I always tired? What kind of a doctor should I see?
