Recently, I had a client request that we go through this workbook together. It is especially good for those of us who are obsessive about the body symptoms or intrusive thoughts and have difficulty accepting them and moving forward in the healing process. If you are stuck in the analyzing and the questioning this would be a good book combined with the the program program. I suggest you go through it with a coach so that we can continue to help bring in truth and break the bad habit of negative obsessing.
We coaches understand what it means to be stuck and we can help get you unstuck.
We are here to help,
