I think I have a new one. I have read through most topics and have not found this one. I seem to be obsessed with the feeling that the world is tilting. Sometimes one way, sometimes the other. I get scared that if I get out into town and it gets really bad I won't be able to get staright again to drive home. Worse I will be with my kids and get us stranded. I went through the passing out feeling about 8 months ago then in evolved into this one. Of course I tell myself sometimes its anxiety. Sometimes I am convinced I have a inner ear problem. Anyone understand this feeling??

sjf1300,
I would get this check by your doctor. If there is an ear thing you can get it treated and stop feeling this way. And if it s not an ear thing then you'll know that it is just anxiety and that you are ok.
Either way you are ok.

Oh yea this can be anxiety. I am dealing with this one right now. My ears now will sometimes ring and I will have a pressure right between my ears and my head. It is anxiety. And yea ringing in the ears and feeling off balance is common. An inner ear infection will make you sick and puke. Also, your ears will hurt and you will feel majorly drunk. It always make me panic like I have a brain tumor or something.

Thanks Catz,
I have had a really great day. I got on this website today about balance and the inner ear. There was a 10 Q&A about balnce problems. It was pretty clear that I was having no inner ear problems because I answered no to all the questions. Is'nt it funny how we can ask 100 people the questions and 101 person is what turns off the fear. Boy sometimes it just goes from one irrational fear to another.

You do have an inner ear problem. The anxiety pushes the majority of the blood to the muscles and then you have less blood going to the organs and the inner ear so they don't function on a normal level, that's all it is.

What is your question?

sometimes with anxiety you will bring on more fears because the old ones are not as fearful. this is anxiety. you can get rid of that though.
