sometimes with anxiety you will bring on more fears because the old ones are not as fearful. this is anxiety. you can get rid of that though.

If you are having reoccuring issues with your balance, it is always a good thing to just have it checked out by your doctor to make sure that there really is not an issue. But I am willing to bet it is nothing more than your good old anxiety making itself known. I have had times when I felt like I was going to fall over or that I was walking sideways. I am a salon owner and at times when I was working on clients I felt like I was going to fall over. I HATE this feeling, but I know it is only anxiety and with positive self talk it will go away. I know it can not hurt me as you should know it will not hurt you.
