Celexa back to Lexapro.. and still panicing!!

So I started Celexa cuz we didnt have insurence with Lexapro but that was giving me anxiety and it flaired up two weeks ago now i wake up in a panic, heart racing, sweating. and now i cant stop worrying and its driving me crazy! and now im going up north with the man who doesnt understand my anxiety at all.. my dad! he lectures and yells and whenever i have a panic attack my dad never understands me. now i have a week off and lately with this anxiety attack staying home means i worry about every little thing.. and we leave in a week from friday and i can talk with my mom through it but i dont know what to do!! help :?

Perhaps a benzo may be helpful in crisis situations! They work quickly and can help you in times of high anxiety or panic!
