I find A LOT of comfort in driving. It relaxes me more than anything, if I have the windows down and I'm driving, and listening to music. But it's really taking a toll on the amount of gas I'm spending. Sometimes I don't care, but I spent $30 on gas just today! I feel like it's my only way out, my only relaxation. Nothing else seems to help except medicine. How can I stop turning to driving for comfort? I need to save money on gas.
