I was scard of felling the fear. Please help

If you were in FACT threatened with harm, you need to go to the police.

If you are making this up in your mind, you could begin writing a novel.

If you are in the habit of obsessing when you are uncomfortable-that is a key. Lesson 10 certainly will help you.

Number 1- take credit for apologizing.
Number 2- every time you think it over Again say in your mind, "I can let go of this now. It is finished. I did the right thing...I can let go now."

Do you have a therapist that you can talk this over with?

Thank you for your reply I think a lot of it was in my head. At the time I felt i needed to write something. Thank you
