Is anyone else constantly scared of dissasociation? i am so scared of having that feeling again.

The best way for you to not be afraid of that feeling again, Corky, is to go through that very feeling over and over and over again using your breath work and getting your attention out of your head and into the present moment. ie: Keeping busy WHILE FEELING THE FEELING OF DISSASSOCIATION. You can do it!!!!
