what do you guys do when you're listening to your session? i find it very hard to just sit there and listen because the sessions are so long... but if I do anything else I am distracted very easily and I miss the full potential of information i could get from the tapes.
so what do you guys do?

You just make yourself sit there and listen.

I would listen to my tapes (actually I had the CD's) when I went walking. That was my favorite way to listen to them. But I would also listen as I cleaned the house and raked leaves, etc. I had a portable CD player and wore a fanny pack around my waist to put it in and my hands were free to do anything. Sometimes, I would park at the park and just listen with the car off and watch people as I listened.

I may try listening to the CDs during my lunch break at work, Loretta. Thanks for the idea.

I just want to say that I found a great place to listen to my tapes! In the bathtub! I light a bunch of candles and I turn off the lights, put on a facemask and sit back and listen.. It works VERY well!
Unfortunately I cant listen to the whole tape, due to the fact that I would turn into a prune.
